Sheffield City Council High Support Service referral form

The High Support Service is an intensive family intervention project. The service sits within Sheffield’s anti social behaviour strategy and works alongside other agencies managing anti social behaviour.

We support families who are evicted, or are at risk of being evicted, for anti social behaviour. Often these families have multiple and complex needs.  Without intervention, the cost to public sector services such as housing services, social services, and health services is high– children often end up in the care system and do not mature into well-developed, socially able adults.

Referrals

All referrals are assessed by the multi-agency admissions panel, and a joint decision is made on whether to offer a family high support.
