New clinical pathway for heart failure in Sheffield - Better outcomes for patient with heart failure protected learning event - 13th January 2009
The PCT held a city wide protected learning event on heart failure on 13 January 2009, which was attended by around 200 GPs, practice nurses and other staff.
There were presentations on the new heart failure pathway in Sheffield from Dr Al - Mohammad and Dr O'Toole, consultant cardiologists at STH FT and from Dr Brian Hopkins, local GP; and a presentation on prescribing issues from Richard Crosby of the PCT medicines management team.
