From 28th February 2011 the patient advice and information service for GPs, Dentists, Opticians, Pharmacies and Community Services is changing to the Sheffield Patient Services Team, see contact details below.

Giving you a helping hand when you...

...want to raise a concern about your NHS care

...need information on NHS primary care and community services

Providing a service for people using: GPs, Dentists, Opticians, Pharmacies, Community Services and Sheffield Teaching Hospitals.

As a patient, relative or carer you may need advice, information or support. This is where the Patient Services Team comes in.

The Patient Services Team will:

  • listen to your concerns, suggestions or queries
  • help sort out problems quickly wherever possible
  • advise you on how to make a complaint
  • guide you to the appropriate place for support or further information.
