Patient Questionnaire - Prescribed Medicines
At NHS Sheffield we are committed to providing high quality care to all of our patients. As a way of trying to make sure this happens we ask patients who use our service about their views.
We will use the results from the questionnaire to find out more about the care we deliver and about any areas where we can make improvements.
The report on the patient questionnaire undertaken to establish adherence to NICE Guideline 76: Medicines Adherence involving patients in decisions about prescribed medicines and supporting adherence is available to download below. Alternatively you can request a copy of the report by ringing 0114 30516 and leaving your name and address.
