How to Join the Library

The NHS Sheffield Library is primarily aimed at health professionals in Sheffield but it is open to other NHS staff in Sheffield, professionals working in healthcare related areas in Sheffield and students on healthcare courses.

You can either join the Library during a visit to us or you can join via post:

To join the Library in person:

Visit the Library during opening hours. You will be asked to show some proof of identity and complete a membership form. You will then be registered and will be able to borrow books immediately.

To join the Library via post:

Please print out this membership form (142kb Word), opens in a new window , fill in your details and return it to the Library. Please note that we must have your signature on the bottom of the form so it cannot be returned via e-mail. If you work for the NHS in Sheffield you can return your form via the internal mail (Round Robin service) if this is more convenient for you. Please send completed forms to:
