Profiles for the 36 Children’s Centres. Published February 2012.
Local area Health Profiles present a range of health and well-being indicators for a single area compiled as reference documents for a variety of geographical areas.
The Children’s Centres profiles provide a snapshot of the key indicators focusing on the five Every Child Matters (ECM) outcomes, with comparisons to Community Assembly areas and Sheffield.
There are over 40 indicators grouped under the headings of Population, Ethnicity, Deprivation, Economic Well-being, Be Healthy, Staying Safe, Enjoy and Achieve and Outcomes.
To see one indicator presented across all Children’s Centres and available time periods, the Children’s Centre Indicator Tool can be accessed from the Health Indicator & Trend Monitoring Tools.
The profiles have been produced jointly by the Public Health Intelligence team, NHS Sheffield, and the Performance and Analysis Service of the Children’s Portfolio, Sheffield City Council.
