ShipShape in Sharrow
Shipshape, located on London Road, is a one-stop health information and wellbeing shop and aims to bring local people closer to health services, activities and local groups in Sharrow by providing all this information in one place.
ShipShape offers drop-in advice sessions, help stopping smoking, and training courses ranging from indian head massage to the Expert Patients Programme.
