“to promote and support optimum health and well-being through diet and nutrition”

Community Dietitians work in a variety of settings. We aim to promote health and prevent disease amongst the population by improving nutrition and raising awareness of the link between nutrition and health.

We work in partnership with Primary and Secondary Care as a key link in care pathways for preventing and managing heart disease, stroke, diabetes, obesity and malnutrition. We support patients in making lifestyle changes to manage their long-term conditions.

We work within strict clinical and ethical guidelines and all Dietitians are registered with the Health Professions Council (www.hpccheck.org/...)

Services we offer:

  • Dietary advice & information
  • 1:1 Clinic Appointments
  • Training of health professionals and others
  • Patient education sessions
