The Revised National Framework, July 2009
The revised version of the NHS CHC and FNC National Framework is currently available in the documents page, please familiarise yourself with any changes to policies/procedures that may effect the way you/your team work.
The 'Tools' have also been revised (ie) the Checklist, DST and Fast Track Tools, the Department of Health (DoH) versions can be seen on the DoH website.
These Tools will be effective and in use from 1st October 2009. The documents will be adapted specifically to NHS Sheffield and will be posted in this section of the website well in advance of the 1st October. Please keep checking the website and ensure you download the revised Tools and Framework to work with from 1st October 2009!
