Corporate Services
Jill Dentith
The Corporate Services Directorate provides under-pinning support to enable NHS Sheffield to function effectively and efficiently.
The Head of Corporate Services performs the company secretary role and is directly accountable to the Chief Operating Officer. The following key responsibilities are covered by the Corporate Services Directorate:
- Compliments and Complaints
- Corporate Governance including the Board Assurance Framework (BAF)
- Developing and managing the Estates and Facilities Management portfolio including backlog maintenance
- Facilities at 722
- Health and safety, risk and security
- Secretariat including PA Support to the Chair, Chief Operating Officer, Clinical Executive and Head of Corporate Services. Committee support for the Board, Clinical Executive, Clinical Commissioning Executive Team, GPCCC, Local Medical Committee and Governance Group
- Human Resources advice and support
- Learning and Development
